Do you offer a free trial?
Instead of a free trial that is typically time limited, we offer a free forever plan that gives you access to nearly all platform features for up to 50 devices.
What happens when I hit 50 devices on a free plan?
Free plan is limited by 50 devices. When you try to install more agents, the agents above 50 will fail to install. You will need to subscribe to a Pro plan to use idemeum for more than 50 devices. Simply subscribe in the billing section in your idemeum admin portal, or contact idemeum team.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we typically offer up to 20% discount for annual commitments. We agree on the device count, you pay for the device count upfront and your tenant will have monthly billling removed. Please contact idemeum team for more details.
How and when do i get charged with monthly billing?
Monthly billing is automatic. You first subscribe with a credit card. You are not charged at the beginning of the cycle. At the end of each billing period idemeum will calculate how many devices (maximum number) were active in the platform. Then invoice will be generated and your credit card charged.
Is there a disocunted MSP pricing?
Yes, we offer a discount pricing to our MSP partners. Please reach out to our team.
Can I cancel anytime? And what happens when i do?
With monthly billing you can cancel any time. When you cancel you will still have access to the platform until the last billing period ends. At the end of the last billing period there will be last invoice and charge on your credit card.
