How idemeum LAPS works
Deploy idemeum macOS or Windows agent with a tool of your choice. Once LAPS is enabled, idemeum will start rotating passwords for domain and local admin accounts. All credentials are available in the zero-knowledge vault.
Zero-knowledge security
Idemeum does not have access to your sensitive LAPS credentials. Everything is encrypted with your own master key. No one can have access to your LAPS credentials but you.
Domain and local accounts
Idemeum will support local and domain-joined workstations. What is more, idemeum can rotate passwords for local admin accounts on each workstation, as well as domain admin account on domain controller.
Access control
Idemeum offers granular access control for you to define who has access to your LAPS credentials.
Automatic password rotation
Idemeum will automatically rotate admin passwords on each workstation every 24 hours. Each password is set to random 12-character password.
